FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Our logistics team will begin preparing your shipment immediately. Once dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
Most orders within Spain arrive within 24–48h. EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take 5–12 business days depending on customs.
No delivery should exceed 14 calendar days.
DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
Shipments outside the European Union (including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, and other international destinations) are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
This means customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
If these charges are refused, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a partial refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email after completing your purchase. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@cucoboardclub.com.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?
Your tracking number is sent automatically once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received it within the expected preparation time (usually 1–2 business days), contact us and we will resend it.
I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THE SHIPMENT HASN’T MOVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system. If no movement is shown after 3 business days, contact us at info@cucoboardclub.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please allow an extra 48 hours after the stated delivery time. Sometimes parcels are scanned early or delivered to a neighbor or safe location.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@cucoboardclub.com and include your order number.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Address changes are only possible if your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@cucoboardclub.com.
Once shipped, no address modifications can be made.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING METHOD AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
No. Once the order has entered the processing stage, the shipping method cannot be changed.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@cucoboardclub.com.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery according to our Return Policy.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELED. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed automatically within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@cucoboardclub.com.
WHAT IS THE EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD?
If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with original packaging and tags.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse, our team will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us immediately at info@cucoboardclub.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and offer a solution as soon as possible.
